Dr Madhukar Singh joined the Research School of Accounting in the ANU College of Business and Economics as a Lecturer in February 2021. Prior to this, he was a PhD student at Monash University’s Business School in Melbourne. Dr Singh’s research interests lie primarily in the area of auditing, audit committees, and financial reporting quality. Dr Singh is particularly interested in how incentives of various stakeholders (management, board of directors, audit committees, and auditors) of companies’ financial reporting processes affect financial reporting quality and audit quality. In Semester 1 2021, Madhukar will be teaching BUSN1001 – Business Reporting and Analysis and BUSN7054 – Auditing.”
