Sorin Daniliuc is a Lecturer of Accounting, and Convenor of the Accounting Undergraduate Coursework Programs in the College of Business and Economics. He is a member of CPA Australia and of the special interest group on accounting education at the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand. Sorin’s research interests lie in the areas of corporate governance, business combinations, consolidations and corporate restructuring. He is particularly interested in factors that can improve the performance of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Sorin has published in International Review of Finance and Accounting & Finance.
