Biography
Lingwei Li is a Lecturer of Accounting. Her research interests are centred in corporate governance, financial and non-financial reporting, and corporate finance. Lingwei’s work on topics including proxy voting, mergers and acquisitions, board of director behaviour and corporate innovation appears in international outlets including Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Journal of Business Research, European Financial Management, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Accounting & Finance, and Australian Journal of Management.
