Biography

Sorin Daniliuc is a Lecturer of Accounting in the College of Business and Economics. He is a member of CPA Australia. Sorin’s research interests lie in the areas of corporate governance, business combinations, consolidations and corporate restructuring. He is particularly interested in factors that can improve the performance of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Sorin has published in International Review of Finance, Accounting & Finance and Pacific-Basin Finance Journal. He contributed to the development of various teaching materials for CPA Australia and CAANZ and is part of the author team on the market-leading advanced financial reporting textbook, Wiley's Financial Reporting - now in its fourth edition.

Teaching

Sorin Daniliuc is the Convenor of the Accounting Undergraduate Coursework Programs. He has extensive experience in teaching both introductory and advanced financial accounting courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
