Biography
Wei Zeng is a Lecturer of Accounting. Wei researches how firms manage inter-firm relationships, in particularly, the antecedents and design of management control practices and contracts, the interplay of management control practices, and the performance effect of management control practices. Beyond management accounting topics, Wei’s research interests include debt contracts. Through her research, Wei has developed expertise in designing and administering surveys as well as in analyzing survey data.
